PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PRIVACY POLICY IS ATTACHED AS A SEPARATE POLICY AND NOT AS A POP-UP WINDOW. THIS IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE SITE ALSO PROVIDES SERVICES TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND POP-UP WINDOWS MAY MAKE IT DIFFICULT FOR SOME PEOPLE TO ACCESS THE SITE.

Information Collected

We, like many companies, may collect the following information:

  1. Personal Information. “Personal Information” means any information that we could use to identify an individual. Google Analytics utilizes the data collected to track and examine the use of the Site, to prepare reports on the Site’s activities and shares them with other Google services.   4. We use Facebook Pixel on the Site. Facebook Pixel is an analytics tool on the Site that helps us track conversions from Facebook ads, optimize ads based on collected data, build targeted audiences for future ads, and remarket to qualified leads.   5. We use the data set forth in this Section ‎3 in aggregate form only (“Aggregated Data”) and as such, such Aggregated Date does not personally identify you.
  6. However, if we combine Aggregated Date with Personal Information, it will be treated by us as Personal Information and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
  7. Cookies:

Like many other websites, we use cookies. “Cookies” are small text files that contain data and are stored on your Device to allow the Site to recognize you when you visit. The use of Cookies helps us to give you a more personalized experience in the Site and Services. It is possible to switch off the Cookies using the settings on your browser, however, this may result in loss of functionality when using the Site (for example our Site won’t be able to recognize your Account without Cookies).

How We Use the Information Collected

  1. We only use Personal Information as permitted by law, most commonly we use the information if:
    1. We need to in order for us to perform the contract we have entered with you or are about to.
    2. We do not have or keep payment information Payment for Subscriptions as they are transmitted through PayPal. Additional information about the PayPal payment system may be found on the PayPal website.
    3. It is necessary for our legitimate interest (or those of a third party) and your interest and fundamental rights do not conflict those interests.
    4. We need to in order for us to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
    5. We want to seek your view or comments on the Services and/or notify you of changes in our Services (only if you registered to our newsletter as detailed below).
    6. We may share your Personal Information with third parties who provide us with services such as hosting providers, data storage providers, accounting agency and other service providers (“Service Providers”). We will share only such Personal Information that is necessary for the Service Providers to deliver their services and in strictly limited circumstances.

Newsletters

  1. When you register for an Account, and you give your consent, we will use your name and email address to send you newsletters with useful information regarding our Services (such as new games coming out). You may, at any time choose to stop receiving these newsletters by following the “Unsubscribe” directions in the newsletters.

Data Storage and Security

  1. Our Services and Site are provided globally and as such, subject to applicable law, your Personal Information and Aggregated Data (“Data”) may be transferred outside the country where you are located and where information protection standards may differ. We will do our best to ensure that the Data in transferred only after the appropriate safeguards are in place.
  2. We are committed to protect your Personal Information and take physical, electronic and managerial security measures designed to prevent data loss, to secure the data and regulate access to it. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us or warrant that such measures will prevent unauthorized access to information about you that we store, and you do so at your own risk.

Data Retention

  1. Your Personal Information shall remain stored with us for as long as your Account is active and for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Once your Account is inactive and/or you have ceased using our Services for more than two (2) consecutive years, we are no longer obligated to retain your Personal Information.
  2. However, if you wish us to delete your Personal Information and/or Account, please follow the instructions in Sections ‎13-‎15 below.

Information Provided on behalf of Someone Else

  1. If you provide us with information that regards someone else (such as information regarding children under 18 or for the LMS System under the Site License Annual Subscription) you represent and warrant that you are entitled to do and to consent to this Privacy Policy on their behalf.

Your Rights with Regard to the Personal Information

  1. You have the right to know what Personal Information we store on you and have the right to ask us to rectify, change or delete it.
  2. If you wish to access your Personal Information you can access it through your Account and make the appropriate amendments.
  3. You can contact us directly through the contact details provided below and request us to change or delete any Personal Information that we have on you, subject to any applicable law exemptions. You can also ask us to delete your Account altogether.

Changes to the terms of this Privacy Policy

  1. We will occasionally revise and change this Privacy Policy. In such case, if we believe the changes are material we will inform you of them by posting the changes on our Site or sending you an email. Changes will be effective upon the posting of them on the Site and your acceptance of them which may be through your continued use of the Site.
